Mindful through the exams

Do you want to be less easily carried away by negative thoughts or stress? On Tuesday 11 January, we organise a session to get acquainted with Mindfulness! During 1 hour, you will get some basic exercises to stop and relax during your studies.  

This session will take place on Tuesday 11 January at 20h via Zoom and will be given by Inge De Leeuw from Mindful support.
