1. Check your private email address and address
In the autumn, following the academic year of graduation, proclamations are organised by the clusters. You will be personally invited to these (via e-mail).
Your diploma will be sent by registered post to your home address.
-> Students graduating up to and including April
can expect to receive their diploma in late May - early June.
-> Students graduating from May onwards
should expect it during the month of December.
Of course, we want to avoid that you do not receive the invitation to the proclamation or we send your diploma to the wrong address. Therefore, on your personal alumnus page, check your:
- private email address
Modify it if necessary. - address
Is your address incorrect? Please send the correct address details to sa@odisee.be, mentioning your student number.
