The 42nd edition of the "20 Km of Brussels" will take place on Sunday, May 29, 2022. The 20 km of Brussels takes in the most beautiful monuments of the City of Brussels and the Brussels-Capital Region. This year again, runners, walkers and handicappers are welcome!

Register to hereto participate, registration is possible until May 10, 2022!

You pay 25 € to register but as a student you will receive 15 € back from STUVO after effective participation. In addition, we provide a running shirt, a place to leave your things and some drinks and the necessary power food.

We would like to meet you on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at 10 am at the Cinquantenaire.

!! Registering also means paying online immediately! So have your bank card and bank card reader at hand to complete your registration. After correct payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.

You can register a team (of max. 4 players) or register yourself solo and we will find a team for you. 

This tournament is open to all students in Brussels.

The Battle Of The Students - Basket 3x3 is a 3x3 competition, organized by Studentensport Vlaanderen, with preliminary rounds March 7 in different regions and in the end a Flemish final on May 3 in Antwerp.

You can enroll in one of the two categories:
Open series: men’s, mixed and women’s teams allowed;
Ladies’ series: only for women’s teams (will only be organized up to the finals if there are enough teams)

The preliminaries are organized by region, there are 8 regions:
Leuven, Antwerpen, Brussel, Gent, Limburg, West-Vlaanderen, Kempen, Mechelen

Each region chooses the way the preliminary round is organized. The way the preliminary round is organized differs per region. For more information, please check the information in your region: https://www.sportaniser.com/competitions/studentensport-vlaanderen

The winning team of each region will go to the finals at the Urban Day on 3 May 2022 in Antwerp. The rest of the teams going to the finals will be determined pro rata based on the number of registrations.

Brussels Brost, the free student festival, will continue until 3 a.m. for the first time on September 28. At its new location in Paleis 12, a solid lineup will provide the perfect party for all Brussels students. Will you be there?

On Wednesday night, we finally kick off the academic year together at the free student festival Brussels Brost. This year in a new format. The biggest student party takes place in Palace 12, from 5 p.m. to 3 a.m.

As usual we start our afternoon at the K.V.H.V.-Brussels preparty and afterwards we go together to the most unforgettable party of the year.

All associations under the K.V.H.V. gather from 1 p.m. on the terrace at Hermes 1 (room 1119). A DJ, bar and atmosphere are guaranteed! At 5 p.m. we will descend together to Paleis 12.

Everyone is welcome to join us for the start of the academic year and meet new people. You won't have class in the afternoon, although some exceptions are possible, so no reason not to come!"

Do you want to be less easily carried away by negative thoughts or stress? On Tuesday 11 January, we organise a session to get acquainted with Mindfulness! During 1 hour, you will get some basic exercises to stop and relax during your studies.  

This session will take place on Tuesday 11 January at 20h via Zoom and will be given by Inge De Leeuw from Mindful support.
