The programmes within the clusters will be divided into seven groups during the proclamations on Saturday 24 October. Be sure to read all the information about your programme below.

  • Group 1: Mens en Samenleving

    🕛Start: the proclamation will start at 9:30 a.m.
    🕞End: the anticipated end time is 11:00 a.m.

  • Group 2: Lerarenopleidingen

    🎓For whom? For students Kleuteronderwijs, Lager Onderwijs en Secundair Onderwijs
    🕛Start: the proclamation will start at 11:30 a.m.
    🕞End: the anticipated end time is 1:00 p.m.

  • Group 3: Bachelor Bedrijfsmanagement

    🎓For whom? For students Bedrijfsmanagement
    🕛Start: the proclamation will start at 1:30 p.m.
    🕞End: the anticipated end time is 2.30 p.m.

  • Group 4: Organisatie en Management, Marketing- en Communicatiesupport en Accounting Administration

Auditorium 2000

🚌 By public transport: Auditorium 2000 is located on the Brussels Expo site. Take metro line 6 from the city centre and get off at Heysel. The site is also accessible by several tram and bus lines.

🚲 By bicycle: Bicycle parking is available on site.

🚗 By car: Navigate to Parking Brussels Expo, Miramarlaan, 1020 Brussels. Take exit 7A (Expo) from the Brussels Ring and follow the signs.

📍 Auditorium 2000 is the building next to Palais 10.

Yes. Adapted entrances, lifts and parking spaces are available. 

About the Ceremony

Yes. Graduates must register themselves and a maximum of three guests. A personal registration link was provided in the invitation email. Shortly before the event, QR codes will be sent by email. 

Bring your QR code and those of your guests. 

Registration is open until 20 October 2026. 

A maximum of three guests is allowed per graduate. 

Yes. You can modify your registered guests through your registration until 20 October 2026. 

Check the programme that was sent with the invitation email. Ceremonies start promptly at the indicated time. The welcome desk opens 30 minutes before the ceremony and is followed by a 60-minute reception. 

 

A livestream is available for Ceremony 8: Bachelor of Business Management. The link will be included in the email with the QR codes sent to the e-mailadress of the graduates for this ceremony.
