As a (new) student, there are a number of things you need to get done to start your studies smoothly.

The war in Ukraine touches many people's hearts. More and more refugees arrive in our country and need help, but at the same time we also see more and more people offering help. Not only a place to sleep and rest, but also material aid and money to support organisations that help refugees.

It is therefore very nice to see that many students and teachers come up with ideas and set up their own actions. Below is an overview of what has been or is being organised on our Odisee campuses.

Every Odisee student has to activate two accounts , one Odisee account and one KU Leuven Association account.

You will receive two emails in your personal mailbox after processing your online registration. If you have not received one or both mails (check your SPAM-folder first), please contact the Information Management Centre.

Before you can access our digital environment, you need to activate your accounts.

Choose which programme you will follow, and we will explain how to activate your accounts step by step!

You will receive an e-mail message for the activation of your Odisee account. This e-mail contains your account name and your temporary password.
