You will assess the student and participate in mid-term and final assessment interviews along with the Odisee workplace supervisor.
Knowing the assessment process
You review information from the program. You assess the student based on the learning objectives (=what the student should know, be able to do) and the competencies determined by the program.
Preparation for feedback interviews
You observe the student's learning process and ensure that their development is formally demonstrated and argued during recorded moments.
