Registering as a scholarship student
Students who are entitled to a study grant from the Flemish government are automatically awarded the scholarship rate. The official award can sometimes be delayed. However, there are several ways to still enroll at the scholarship rate.
Don't forget to apply for your scholarship at https://www.vlaanderen.be/onderwijs-en-vorming/studietoelage. They make the final decision on your correct enrollment rate!
- You were eligible previous year for a study allowance of the Flemish government or you were eligible for a schooling allowance from your child benefit fund or a schooling allowance from the Growth Package payer?
- Mail proof of your scholarship, tuition premium or tuition allowance to [email protected] so your tuition rate can be adjusted. Note!This is a provisional adjustment. You must submit a scholarship application so that your tuition rate can be permanently granted.
- Were you not eligible for a scholarship, tuition premium or tuition allowance last year? You can have it calculated if you are still entitled to reduced tuition. Send the completed application form along with the necessary attachments to a staff member of your campus.
