On social media, we all share parts of our story, especially the beautiful snippets. As a result, social media often shows a version of reality that is more beautiful than the truth. Sometimes, it can incite hate speech, or impose restricting standards on you. Do you ever feel insecure because of the constant stream of images and messages you see? Do you wonder how social media impacts our self-image and that of your fellow students?
Then join the interactive workshop with Hannah Libbrecht of Pimento! In a relaxed atmosphere, you will share your experiences, as well as tips for dealing with pressure and hatred on social media. We will also provide snacks and drinks.

- 17h30-18h: reception with a snack and a drink: Hermes Building
- 18h-20h30: workshop - a 15-minute break with snack and drink during the workshop: Hermes Building
The snacks will make up a light dinner. If you have a big appetite, feel free to bring some extra food.
Every student from KU Leuven Brussels and Ghent and from Odisee university of applied sciences is welcome.
