Results

impaC³t helps cities and construction stakeholders renovate neighborhoods in a collective, affordable, and circular manner. In Ghent, Bruges, and Tienen, technical, social, legal, and financial solutions are being tested in real-world urban renewal projects. The lessons learned are being synthesized into a dynamic decision-making framework for circular neighborhood renovation.

In this study, we aim to identify the minerals and nitrogen compounds required by the yeasts and bacteria in the SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) during kombucha fermentation.

We measure how employees experience inclusion and a sense of belonging, and which organizational factors shape that experience. With our self-developed measurement instrument, we identify what works and where improvement is needed.
