Are you cycling to campus? Good idea! Our campus is easily accessible by bike. After your classes, leave our underground bicycle park to go home... or a cafe.
Carefree travel
STUVO+ rents bikes at student-friendly prices. There is a deposit of €60, and the rental price is €30 per semester.
How to rent a bike?

Complete the rental agreement.

Pay the rent and the deposit via a payment transfer.

Mail the completed and signed rental agreement and proof of payment to katrien.wageman@stuvoplus.be.

Once you have received e-mail confirmation, you can collect the bike.
Bike rental starts from Monday 20 September 2021.
Repair your bike (yourself)
There is a covered bicycle park on campus where you can also use a bicycle pole. A second bicycle pole is located outside the sports hall. These bicycle poles have a bicycle pump and basic tools to perform minor repairs.
To repair your hired bicycle, you can also go to De Fietserij (for all repairs, including major repairs) and to the bicycle point at Aalst station (for minor repairs like punctures, brake pads, lights or just to pump up your tyres). Minor repairs due to wear and tear are at the expense of STUVO+. Other repairs resulting from incorrect use or vandalism are paid for by the renter. When you bring your bike to De Fietserij or the bicycle point, you must show your student card as proof.
