User centered research

We determine the needs of the user from a thorough contextual user research with a multidisciplinary team of researchers.

Together with the end users, we discover the functionalities of the application under development through a cyclical process in which prototyping and user testing play an important role.

Within this focal point we have developed a User Experience Lab. Besides being open to companies, this lab can be used for research purposes. We can use it to perform quantitative measurements on the user experience of digital applications.

In the UX Lab, hardware is available to perform eye tracking on screens and VR applications, to measure emotional impact through sweat response and EEG measurements, and there is the possibility to perform facial recognition on live or video material.

This allows us to measure the emotional response and attention of users on digital applications, simulated environments and in real life.
