Mentors and Work Placement: co-creation in student learning
In Work Placement, mentoring students from inception to completion requires a shared commitment between the college and the workplace. You as a mentor are an important link in creating learning opportunities and challenges for our students, providing feedback, as well as assessing their learning outcomes within Work Placement. Together with the Odisee workplace supervisor, you help the student grow.
