I already have a laptop
You already have a laptop, but would like to know if it is suitable for your study program? Check the system requirements to make sure you can use your laptop for your studies!
The use of the Windows operating system is required (Windows 11 Home/Pro or higher)!
The use of other systems, such as Mac OSX (Apple) or Chrome OS (Google), are not supported. This is because most software only works under a Windows operating system.
Do you already have a Macbook?
Then keep in mind that this presents additional challenges:
- It will require a Windows installation
- Some generations of Macbooks require virtualization software (additional cost)
- The Macbook must have sufficient disk space (500GB)
- Your Mac OSX must be up to date
Also keep in mind that the majority of software exams take place in a Windows environment. This can present practical challenges, in addition to technical ones. Test this beforehand and practice thoroughly.
I do not have a laptop yet
