Through this service project, trainings are organized that bring together international students, business managers and NGO executives to promote their sustainable thinking, increase their awareness of sustainable business opportunities and provide them with knowledge and skills to translate sustainable ideas into relevant and viable business initiatives.

This project examines what sustainability competencies are required to meet the challenges of the future.

With NeoParent 2.0, we are extending the previously developed NeoParent app to support parents with a baby in neonatology to the wider family. Indeed, in addition to the support the app now provides during the hospital stay, a need for a broader context emerged.

We want to guide women and men between 45 and 65 who combine a job with a double care task to find a good combination strategy. We hope this will help them combine their jobs with care and a family for longer and with more motivation and commitment.

This project investigates what elements contribute to sustainable HRM in organizations, with cases from the field of business administration and cases from higher education. Furthermore, we look at what the outcomes of a sustainable HRM policy are for the organization.

In this study, we examined, on the one hand, whether employment in prisons can be shaped as logistical employment. On the other hand, we looked at what the preconditions are for implementing logistics training in prisons.
