This project aims to make students aware of their own choices towards a sustainable career (early) during their career. After a thorough test project in Howest and Odisee, it will be evaluated whether this service can become valuable for all students.

Artificial Intelligence offers a lot of interesting possibilities in the field of marketing, but Flemish SMEs often do not have the right knowledge and/or resources to benefit from it. This project has set up a coaching program for these companies so that they can optimize their customer experience.

This project explores methods to implement SDG's with the VET-target group.

'Sustainability Makers: the way to SDG' explores methods to implement SDGs among the VET target audience.

European member states are allowed to include a compensation for transaction costs in their payments for agri-environment-climate measures. In this study focus groups and interviews were done with experts (from home and abroad), farmers and consultancy firms to assess whether the current compensation given in Flanders is still accurate.

Verborgen thuisloosheid verwijst naar mensen die geen eigen en/of geschikte woning hebben maar die ook niet op straat leven of gebruik maken van erkende opvangstructuren. Er is nog weinig geweten over hun levensstijl maar het thema wint aan aandacht. De hypothese van het onderzoek is dat informele sociaalwerkpraktijken (bv. burgerinitiatieven, zelforganisaties en religieuze organisaties) een belangrijke rol spelen in de ondersteuning van (verborgen) thuislozen.

'Grenzeloos ondernemen' examines the conditions and barriers to doing business across the border, specifically in the Flanders-Netherlands border region.

The project 'Entrepreneurial Aalst' concerns a bridge project education-business, financed by the Flemish Government within the Strategic Plan STEM 2012-2020. It wants to build a bridge between education and business by organizing an Entrepreneur Award, Ideacafé's and other activities.

This project examines what digital competencies are required for the future workforce, for leading players in IT and for colleges.
